3. Social Media Sharing
Sharing or linking to BYTEDAR’s official website or an official BYTEDAR post is generally permitted. Re-uploading the original photograph or reproducing the work elsewhere is different from linking to it and may require permission. Where a platform’s native sharing feature is used, its terms may apply.
4. Editorial and Educational Use
Certain uses may qualify for exceptions or limitations under applicable copyright law. The existence of this policy does not remove rights or exceptions provided by applicable law, including legally recognized forms of quotation, criticism, commentary, education, reporting, or other permitted uses. Where an exception applies, appropriate attribution should still be provided where reasonably possible.
5. Commercial Licensing
Commercial, advertising, publication, editorial syndication, merchandise, or other licensed use may be possible with prior permission. Permission does not automatically transfer copyright ownership. Licensing terms, fees, permitted uses, duration, territory, and attribution requirements may be determined separately for each request.
6. AI and Machine Learning
BYTEDAR’s original photographs and written works may not be collected, copied, scraped, reproduced, or otherwise used for the purpose of training, fine-tuning, evaluating, or improving artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models without explicit written authorization, except to the extent otherwise permitted by applicable law.
7. Third-Party Content
Some material appearing on BYTEDAR may belong to third parties or may be published under separate permissions or licenses. Third-party copyright notices, credits, or licensing conditions should be respected.
